I can see light from the Lighthouse from my house. This picture is from the public boardwalk to the beach. The Lighthouse
is on the opposite side of the inlet. (click picture to see a larger version)
The pass at dawn is quiet, although I have already seen several fishing boats leave for their morning run. (click picture
to see a larger version)
As the day approaches, the lighthouse will shut down. These are the last few moments of it's duty. (Although the Lighthouse
is functional, it is not necessary for guidance these days) (click picture to see a larger version)
The water is so clear this morning, a lovely soft green. The sound of the gentle waves is so soothing.
